1. Overview

At Thomreonouixan, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws and German regulations.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right)

2.1 Your Statutory Right

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is provided under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and German civil law (BGB §§ 312g, 355).

2.2 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

If you ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the day on which you receive the last item.

2.3 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may:

3. Effects of Withdrawal

3.1 Refund

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

3.2 Refund Timeline

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
  • 14 days after you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods (whichever is earlier)

3.3 Refund Method

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Returning the Goods

4.1 Return Shipping

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods are defective or we sent the wrong item.

4.3 Condition of Returned Goods

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For hygiene and health protection reasons related to dietary supplements:

  • Unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned for a full refund
  • Products that have been opened cannot be resold and may not be eligible for a full refund

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items

6. Defective Products and Warranty

6.1 Legal Warranty

Under German law (BGB § 437 ff.), you have a legal warranty (Gewährleistung) of 2 years from delivery for any defects that existed at the time of delivery.

6.2 Reporting Defects

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at correspondence@thomreonouixan.world with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the defect
  • Photos of the defect (if applicable)

6.3 Remedies for Defective Products

For defective products, you are entitled to:

  • Replacement of the defective product
  • Repair (if applicable)
  • Price reduction
  • Full refund (in cases where replacement or repair is not possible or reasonable)

7. Wrong or Damaged Shipments

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged shipment:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt
  • We will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect/damaged item

8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. We will email you to confirm receipt
  2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
  4. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution

9. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
